The main beneficiaries of the project are:
Final users, i.e. men and women with intellectual disabilities with motivation to improve their employability.
Managers and trainers from the participating organisations, particularly those providing occupational training, and working with disabled people.
Stakeholders from the social inclusion, namely associations of disabled people, adult education organisations and institutions, members of the associations of disabled people, public entities, women and young professionals working in the social inclusion.
